Quality – Organic Salmon

The secret behind a high quality product is fresh, quality raw-materials, manufactured max. 5 days from slaughter by our experienced and efficient staff.
 
To process a smoked salmon at VARDE LAKS A/S takes several days, as we allow time for careful cutting, salting, and maturing before smoking.
Our customers are very pretentious and value our good, uniform quality, ensured by raw-materials from selected quality farms.
In 1993 VARDE LAKS A/S' HACCP programme was established and we were among the first smokers to be HACCP certified. Please see  HACCP certificate.

Since 2008 VARDE LAKS A/S has received ELITE status by the Danish Food Control (Please se control report)
 
 
  
In 2009 VARDE LAKS A/S was approved as producer of ORGANIC salmon. (Please see ecological approval).
Sinde the beginning of the nineties VARDE LAKS A/S has made 3 or 4 Kosher productions, under surveillance by an approved Kosher controller.
